Bike Polo Finnish Championships are done

August 8th, 2011 by KRNKY Respond

We had the best ever weekend organizing and participating to the first ever Hard Court Bike Polo Finnish Championships tournament! Toni’s team, the Mallet’s of DOOM! made their way to playoffs and ended to split 5th position. Our close friends The SNIKT! made it to 3rd place and Dets it SHW lost the final after a great fight and got the silver. The championship plate went to Tampere as Tre Kronor had their own game in order and heads calm. Congratulations Miikka, Pekka and Janne and have fun with the KRNKY goodie bags!

Gotta try out the Red Bull Minidrome and see a couple of flicks at the BFF between the group rides and hanging out. Olli’s bike show is a must see. See the full list of events here.

Spring means events

May 20th, 2011 by KRNKY Respond

There’s so much happening in the fixed gear world these days and the scene is growing under our eyes. Events take plase all around the globe and there are more and more people attending as spectators and riders. That’s awesome! We were supporting Courier Cross held In Washington, D.C. last weekend. We hope you guys had a blast there.

This weekend it’s time for the annual gathering of the Finnish fixed gear riders as the birthday bash of our very own Yksivaihde.net takes place in Turku, Finland. Gongrats to the three year old!

LunchBreak the movie

April 24th, 2011 by KRNKY Respond

The hardest street hitters of Turku got their full length edit ready right before starting their next project. Turku is thee olde capital of Finland and the historical architecture and city layout gives a lot of inspiration for urban bombing. Cant’t wait to get there with the bikes in a couple of weeks! Legit!
