Terms and conditions of KRNKY web store

1. Ordering

Add products with right size and color options chosen to shopping cart. When you’re done checkout by filling the form and you will receive the invoice in your e-mail provided. Pay your bill and we’ll process your order in 1-3 days after we have received your payment.

2. Shipping

We ship our product to selected European countries. Worldwide shipping will be available a bit later.

If we have all the products of your order in stock we will ship them immediately after processing. If there are items out of stock in your order they’ll go to production waiting list and will be shipped straight after they are manufactured and quality checked. This takes 2-7 days. After the order is sent it wil take 1-3 days in Finland and 3-14 days in the rest of the world to the order to reach to the shipping address. Shipping costs for all orders to Finland are 3 € and rest of the world 8 € despite the number of items purchased.

3. Payment

Manual payment

Manual payment is for Finnish customers only.

You will get your invoice in e-mail right after your purchase. Follow the instructions and pay the bill. Unpaid orders will be canceled after 2 weeks. If you decide to cancel your order yourself please send us an email about it.

PayPal

International orders must be paid by PayPal. After filling in your billing/contact details select PayPal as payment gateway and log in to your account and accept the payment.

All prices are in Euros and PayPal’s current conversion rate is used when paid with different currency. See www.paypal.com for current rate.

4. Delivery

All orders are processed immediately after your payment. Please be patient when using wire transfers as they usually take a few days to go through.

If you live in Finland your order should arrive to your doorstep within a couple of days, but rest of the world it will take 1-2 weeks. You will be notified with a confirmation email, which will include more information and a tracking number (if applicable).
Small orders (straps and caps etc.) will be delivered straight to your mailbox!

5. Returns and warranty

Reasonable returns within 14 days are accepted. All returns or exchanges are free to our customers. Returns form and instructions will be sent along your order.
All products are made for heavy use and should serve you for years. If still something’s wrong with the quality of your product and causes it to break contact us and we try to solve the problem and provide you a new item for replacement.

6. Taxes and customs duties

All prices include 23% Finnish VAT and customer is responsible to handle all additional costs.
